These Conditions apply to all users who use the chat service provided by Kenya Date Club© as well as user-generated content, without exception. The information disseminated by users through our chat service is not owned or controlled by Kenya Date Club © Note that Kenya Date Club© has no control over this information, cannot censor, delete, or edit it, so Kenya Date Club © does not assume any responsibility for the content of the information disseminated by users who use our chat service. By using our Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Kenya Date Club© will not be liable for any damages, claims or any other liability arising from the content of any information posted by users within our public chat.

3. Access
A) The app contains social functions, like chats, with the objective users can share information.

‌Consequently, the app can ask the user to enter personal data such as pictures or birthday.

‌ These personal data are displayed to other users of the app. These data aren't shared with any other entity or third organizations.

‌Users can delete their personal data using the link for that purpose that exists in the user profile options in the app.

‌Images and Videos entered by the user are sent to the imgs1.e-droid.net server in order to be retrieved later by the user himself, and so that the app can offer the functionalities according to its description.

‌·We allow third-party companies to serve ads and collect certain anonymous information when you visit our app. These companies may use anonymous information such as your Google Advertising ID, your device type and version, browsing activity, location and other technical data relating to your device, in order to provide advertisements.


B). You agree not to use language that contains racist, political, offensive, weapons and drugs, offensive, defamatory, sexual or any other subject that may directly or indirectly affect the morals of a third party or public order, or use obscene language nor use any nickname that apologizes to the themes announced above.

C). You agree not to search for sexual purposes, or search for minors in our chat channels. If you are an eyewitness or casual witness of a user who performs or attempts to perform any of the searches listed above, you are committed to contacting Kenya Date Club© and reporting the events that occurred.

D)You agree not to collect, store or distribute any type of public information that is within our service, including information from third parties, otherwise you could be committing a crime against the privacy of a third party.

E) You agree not to make any kind of offers or requests related to money, commercial operations or services that include an economic benefit.

F) You affirm to be over 18 years of age and competent to accept and understand the text of this contract.

G) Kenya Date Club© reserves the right of admission to all users who use our service. Being able to eliminate at any time the user's profile and any information provided by the same.


4) Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
YOU AGREE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY Kenya Date Club© WILL BE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND LIABILITY, AND IN NO EVENT WILL Kenya Date Club© ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR INDIRECT AND INDIRECT DAMAGES. ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, IN RELATION TO THE CONTENT OF THE CHAT SERVICE. Kenya Date Club© ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ANY:

(A) INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY, WHICH IS TRANSMITTED BY ANY USER AND WHICH RESULTS FROM THEIR CONSENTED ACCESS TO OUR SERVICE.

(B) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND OF CONTENT POSTED THROUGH OUR SERVICE.

(C) Kenya Date Club© DOES NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, OR ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT, ADVERTISEMENT, OR SERVICE OFFERED BY THIRD PARTIES THROUGH THE CHAT SERVICE.

(D) Kenya Date Club© WILL NOT BE A PARTY OR RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TRANSACTIONS AND AGREEMENTS BETWEEN YOU AND THIRD PARTIES, SUCH AS THE PURCHASE OF A PRODUCT OR SERVICE, OR ANY KIND OF INFORMATION THAT YOU PROVIDE TO A THIRD PARTY OR THAT A THIRD PARTY PROVIDES TO YOU YOU, THROUGH OUR SERVICE, YOU SHOULD USE YOUR BEST CRITERIA AND TAKE THE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS WHEN PROVIDING PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES.
5) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Kenya Date Club © its parent company, officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including, but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from:
(I) Your use and access to the Kenya Date Club © service
(II) Your violation of any term of these Terms and Conditions of Service;
(III) Your violation of any third party rights, including privacy rights; or
(IV) any claim that one of your messages sent within the chat caused damage to a third party.
This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and Conditions of Service.
