This Privacy Policy applies to the IGNOU One - Books & Assignments mobile application (hereby referred to as the "Application") created by Mansa interactive (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

1. Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and interact with it. Google Play Console requires clear transparency regarding the data processed:

Device and Usage Data: The Application may collect details such as your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system version, the specific pages or sections of the Application you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.

Personal Data: For an enhanced user experience, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information. Any requested information will be securely retained and used solely as described in this policy.

Location Data: The Application does not gather precise real-time location data from your mobile device.

3. Data Disclosure

With trusted service providers who work on their behalf, have no independent use of the shared information, and have agreed to strict data confidentiality rules.

4. Play Store Data Deletion Policy (Google Play Compliance)
In accordance with Google Play's user data policies, you have complete control over your data:

Opt-Out: You can stop all collection of information by simply uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstallation processes available on your mobile device or via the Google Play Store.

Data Deletion Request: You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your personal data. If you wish to have your user data purged from our servers, please submit an explicit request to authorfilters@gmail.com. Your request will be processed and fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe, in alignment with platform regulations.

5. Children's Privacy
The Application is not intended for and does not knowingly address or solicit data from children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.

If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately removed from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian aware that your child has submitted personal data, please contact authorfilters@gmail.com so necessary corrective actions can be taken.

6. Security
The Service Provider takes safeguarding the confidentiality of your information seriously. Physical, electronic, and procedural barriers are continuously maintained to protect all processed data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
