Welcome to Private Vault Calculator (hereinafter, "the Application"), developed by Andy Technology. By downloading, accessing, or using this Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

NATURE OF THE SERVICE
The Application provides a dual-interface utility:

Standard Calculator: A fully functional mathematical tool.

Private Encrypted Vault: A secure local environment to store and hide files (photos, videos, notes, contacts, and browser data) protected by a 6-digit PIN.

Cloud Backup Feature: An optional functionality that allows you to create encrypted backups of your private files directly to your own Google Drive account.

SUBSCRIPTIONS, PAYMENTS, AND VIRTUAL CURRENCY
Premium Service: Grants access to advanced features (Ad-free, Icon Disguises, Intruder Selfie, etc.).

Billing (Google Play Billing): All subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed exclusively via the Google Play Store. Andy Technology does not store or process your financial data (credit cards, bank accounts).

Virtual Coins (Vault Store): The app includes a "Coin" system to unlock 4K/HD backgrounds. Coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are earned via "Rewarded Ads" (Yandex,etc) or provided as part of Premium benefits. Andy Technology is not responsible for the loss of coins due to app uninstallation or device factory resets.

DATA SOVEREIGNTY & BACKUP POLICY
Local Storage & Zero-Cloud Policy

Local Storage Only: By default, all encrypted files reside exclusively in the device's internal storage. We do not operate our own cloud servers.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for backing up your data. Andy Technology cannot recover lost files or forgotten PINs. If the app is uninstalled without exporting files or creating a cloud backup, the data will be permanently destroyed.

GOOGLE CLOUD BACKUP (OPTIONAL FEATURE)

Service Description: This feature allows you to save copies of your private files to your personal Google Drive account, provided by Google LLC.

Encryption and Security: All content uploaded is protected using an advanced encryption system (AES-GCM) with a unique and secure key defined exclusively by us. Your files are encrypted locally before transmission; they are unreadable to anyone, including Google or ourselves. Only this application holds the key and technical ability to decrypt and make your files visible again.

Storage Location: Files are stored within your personal account, inside a dedicated folder named «Calculadora». We do not access, store, or control your information in any way.

Available Space: Backups use the free space available in your own Google account. It is your responsibility to ensure you have enough capacity.

AFFILIATE LINKS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Application may contain affiliate links to third-party products or services. If you click on these links and make a purchase or sign up for a service, we may receive a commission. We only recommend services that align with our security and privacy standards. Your interaction with these third parties is governed by their respective terms and policies.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE AND NEUTRALITY
The Application is provided "as is". As a neutral utility tool, Andy Technology does not curate, monitor, or manage the content stored by users.

User Responsibility: The user is solely responsible for ensuring that the content they store complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability: Andy Technology shall not be held liable for:

Data loss due to hardware failure, OS updates, or forgotten credentials.

Unauthorized physical access to the device.

Misuse of the Application for illegal purposes by the user.

Loss or corruption of data stored in Google Drive.

PRIVACY POLICY

At Private Vault Calculator, we follow a "Privacy by Design" philosophy. This policy explains how we handle your data in compliance with GDPR (EU), LGPD (Brazil), CCPA (USA), and COPPA.

FILE ENCRYPTION AND STORAGE
Neutral Tool: We provide the encryption technology and the storage environment. We do not have access to, monitor, view, or share your private content.

Zero-Access: Your photos, videos, and notes are encrypted locally.

No Transmission: Your personal files are never transmitted over the internet to our systems.

Google Cloud Backup: When you enable this optional feature, files are encrypted locally first and then uploaded to your own Google Drive account. We never receive, hold, or have access to the unencrypted content or the encryption key.

DATA COLLECTION BY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
To support the free version and manage purchases, we use the following official Google SDKs:

YANDEX (Monetization): Collects Device ID, Advertising ID (GAID), IP address, and ad interaction data to serve relevant ads. You can reset your Advertising ID in your Android Settings.

Google Play Billing: Collects Transaction ID and purchase status to verify ownership of Premium features.

Google Drive API: Collects authentication tokens linked only to your Google account to facilitate encrypted file transfer. We cannot read your files.

AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
This Application includes affiliate links to external services. When you click these links and perform an action, we may earn a referral commission. This does not affect the price you pay for those services. We are not responsible for the data collection practices or privacy policies of these third-party websites.

INTERNATIONAL COMPLIANCE DISCLOSURES
GDPR, LGPD, & CCPA: We do not sell your personal information. Any data collection by third-party partners (like AdMob) is pseudonymous and managed by the user through their device settings. Users have the right to data portability and deletion of their stored backups in Google Drive.

SENSITIVE PERMISSIONS
The Application requires specific permissions:

Camera: Used for "Intruder Selfie" and "Camera Vault" (stored locally).

Storage (All Files Access): Required to move/encrypt files and manage backups.

Microphone: Used only for the "Quantum Recorder" feature.

Contacts: Used only if the user chooses to hide contacts within the vault.

DATA RETENTION
We do not retain your private files on any server. Technical metadata collected by AdMob or Google Drive is retained by Google according to their policies.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to update our legal terms to reflect changes in the app or international law. Continued use of the Application implies acceptance of the updated terms.
