This agreement is a legal agreement between you and Jmesid regarding your downloading, installation, and use of our mobile application software and related services.

Your downloading, installation, and use of this mobile application software are based on your acceptance and compliance with the terms of this license agreement.

Jmesid reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement regarding the updates of the software. You can check the modified version of this agreement from our official Google Play Store page.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY
Jmesid develops the mobile application software independently. You acknowledge and agree that Jmesid retains all copyrights, trademarks, patents, business secrets, and any other related rights, titles, and interests with regard to this software.

2. PRIVACY POLICY
Use of the software is also governed by Jmesid's privacy policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Your privacy is important to us. We designed our privacy policy to make important disclosures about how we collect and use your information. We encourage you to read our privacy policy carefully and use it to make informed decisions.
Jmesid does not collect any personal data such as your name, picture, or location. Consequently, the app does not share any personal information with any other entity or third parties. Images and videos entered by the user are sent to https://imgs1.e-droid.net server in order to be retrieved later by the user themselves, and so that the app can offer the functionalities according to its description. We allow third-party companies to serve ads and collect certain anonymous information when you visit our app. These companies may use anonymous information such as your Google advertising ID, your device type and version, browsing activity, location, and other technical data relating to your device in order to provide advertisements.

3. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITIES AND DISCLAIMER
You acknowledge and agree that the mobile application software and related services may have potential risks. In no event shall Jmesid be liable for any risks.

4. TERMINATION
You have the right to fully and permanently remove the software from your mobile device at any time and terminate this agreement.
