PRIVACY POLICY & TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to the Dawani SCG Mobile App (the "App"), the official digital platform and smart e-management system of the Dawani Student Core Group ("Dawani SCG," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using this App, you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.


PART I: PRIVACY POLICY

1. Our Eco-Friendly Communication Commitment

In alignment with our core values to minimize our digital carbon footprint, Dawani SCG limits unnecessary email communications. Instead, real-time updates, notifications, and official announcements are pushed directly to your in-app User Dashboard.

2. Information We Collect

To provide a seamless e-management experience for our members, partners, clients, and facilitators, we collect the following information:

Account Information: Name, age, sex, birthdate, and organizational/institutional affiliation.

Security Credentials: Passwords created during account registration.

User-Generated Content: Reports, appointments, chat messages, files, and other materials you upload or input into the App.

3. Data Protection and Encryption

We implement robust technical and organizational security measures to protect your data:

Encryption: Passwords and sensitive personal information are strictly encrypted both in transit and at rest within our secure databases.

Data Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Shared data is limited to internal administrative processing and is only visible to authorized facilitators necessary to fulfill your requested services.

4. Confidentiality of User-Generated Content

All shared contents, including institutional reports, scheduled appointments, and uploaded files, are treated with the utmost confidentiality. Access is strictly restricted based on user roles and permissions.

5. Community Chat Guidelines

The App features an interactive Community Chat to foster collaboration. By using the chat, you agree to the following:

Privacy Respect: You must respect the privacy of other users at all times. Do not solicit or share private personal information of others.

Automated Moderation: To maintain a safe and respectful environment, explicit language, profanity, and hate speech are automatically restricted and filtered by the system.

Prohibited Content: Sharing malicious links, explicit media, or harassing other users will result in immediate account suspension.

PART II: TERMS OF SERVICE

6. Account Creation and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to the Dawani SCG administration immediately.

7. File and Data Management

User Responsibility: You retain ownership of the files and reports you upload, but you grant Dawani SCG the license to host, store, and process this data to provide App functionalities.

Prohibited Files: You may not upload files that contain viruses, malware, or content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights.

Data Storage: Dawani SCG reserves the right to establish storage limits and purge inactive data after giving appropriate dashboard notice.

8. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or commercial solicitation purposes.

Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or breach the security framework of the App.

Impersonate any other member, partner, or facilitator of the Dawani Student Core Group.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Dawani SCG Mobile App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime and flawless security, Dawani SCG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system downtimes, data loss, or user misconduct within the chat rooms.

10. Modifications to Policy and Terms

We reserve the right to modify these documents at any time. Because we minimize emails, all updates will be posted directly to your User Dashboard. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
