### 3.1 Local Storage
**All your audio recordings and transcripts are stored locally on your device.** We do not maintain servers that store your audio files or transcripts. Data is stored using:
- Local file system for audio files
- SQLite database for transcripts and metadata

### 3.2 Data Transmission

**Audio Data Transmission:**
- When you request transcription, your audio file is sent to **Google Cloud Speech-to-Text API** for processing
- The audio data is transmitted securely over HTTPS
- Google processes the audio to generate transcripts and then returns the text to the App
- We do not store your audio files on Google's servers after transcription is complete

- **Premium Users**: Premium subscribers do not see advertisements
- **Ad Preferences**: You can manage ad preferences through your device settings or Google account settings

### 6.3 Subscription Management

- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Subscription status is managed by RevenueCat and your app store

- To delete all your data: Uninstall the App and clear app data from your device settings
- Note: This will permanently delete all recordings, transcripts, and app preferences

Transvox is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.

Your data may be processed and stored outside your country of residence. When you use Google Cloud Speech-to-Text or other third-party services, your data may be transmitted to servers located in other countries. By using the App, you consent to such transfers.
