At Food Rush, we take our users' privacy very seriously. This policy describes how we manage information on our food sales platform and loyalty programs (Yoga and Dance Therapy).

1. Information We Collect and Purpose
For the proper functioning of the application and the management of benefits, we collect the following data:

* Personal identifiers: Username or alias (used for feature authentication).

* Proof of transaction: Images of purchase receipts (used exclusively to validate participation in wellness programs and manage orders).

* Device location: We record the user's location to provide logistical services and proximity-based features.

2. Wellness Services Statement (Health)

Although we offer Yoga and Dance Therapy content as a loyalty incentive, we declare the following in compliance with Google Play policies:

* No Health Data Collection: We do not access, collect, store, or share biometric data, heart rate, medical history, or any sensitive health data through sensors or forms.

* Nature of Content: Our wellness content is strictly informational and recreational. Access is granted based solely on verification of the business receipt.

* No Health APIs: We do not use Google Fit, Health Connect, or any health APIs to extract user information.

3. Advertising and Third Parties
We allow third-party companies to serve ads and collect certain anonymous information when you visit our app.

* Technical Data: These companies may use anonymous information (such as Google advertising ID, device type, system version, and browsing activity) to deliver personalized ads.

* Privacy: Outside of the aforementioned ad network, we do not sell or share your username or receipt images with any other external entity or organization.

4. Content Management and Security

* Content Restriction: Uploading adult content, images with sexual content, or extreme violence is strictly prohibited.

* Image Processing: Images uploaded by users (receipts) are temporarily stored to process the described functionality and are deleted from the server after fulfilling their purpose.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

* Automatic Deletion: Transaction data is automatically deleted from the server once the functionality has been processed.

* Persistence: Usernames are retained while the account is active for system identification purposes. Users should be aware that, due to the design of the authentication system, certain identifiers cannot be manually deleted immediately.
