1. General Overview
Invoice Luxe is committed to protecting user privacy. The application works as a "local-first" tool: your financial and personal data stays on your device. No account, registration or email address is required.
2. Data Storage
All data you enter (Profile, Clients, Invoices, Quotes, Wallet, Work Hours and VAT calculation history) is stored ONLY on your device. We do not use external servers to store it. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, this information is permanently deleted.
3. Quotes, Work-Hours and VAT Tools
The quote feature, the work-hours calculator and the VAT calculator run entirely on your device. Amounts, rates, hours and calculation history are stored locally and are never sent to any server by the app.
4. Camera Permission (Barcode Scanner)
The app requires camera access strictly for barcode scanning. No photos, videos, or images are recorded, stored, or shared. The camera is active only during the scanning process.
5. Advertising & Cookies
To keep this service free, the app may display advertisements (e.g., Google AdMob). These third-party providers may use device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), technical information and ad-interaction data to show relevant ads. Your financial records are never shared with these providers. Where required by law (for example in the EEA or the UK), you may be asked for consent, which you can change or withdraw at any time. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
6. PDF Generation
Quote PDFs are generated directly on your device and saved to it; their content is not sent to any server. You may choose to share a quote through your device's sharing options (for example WhatsApp or email); this is your own action, and the app you choose handles it under its own privacy policy. Invoice PDFs are generated from the data you enter through a web page hosted on Blogger: to render the document, its content may be passed to that page as part of its address (URL). We do not store, collect or analyse this content. However, fonts or libraries loaded from providers such as Google Fonts, and the hosting provider (Google/Blogger), may technically process connection data such as your IP address.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version.
