This Privacy Policy explains how BAHSR Games ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you play our mobile game **Bike Attack Highway Stunt Rider** (the "Game"), available on Google Play under the package name `com.bahsr.gas`.

The Game does not require you to create an account and does not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. - The Game displays rewarded video advertisements served by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob).
- To serve and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect the Android advertising ID (a resettable identifier provided by your device), device identifiers, IP address, device model and operating system version, and information about your interactions with ads.
- AdMob uses this data to deliver ads, which may be personalized based on your interests. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device's Google Ads settings (Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization") or by resetting your advertising ID. - For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, and Switzerland, Google requires consent for personalized ads and may use the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) or other consent mechanisms to obtain it.

### b. Google Play Games Services
- When you choose to sign in to Play Games, we receive your Google profile information (such as your name and profile picture) and your player ID, as provided by Google.
- Your gameplay scores and unlocked achievements are stored by Google to power leaderboards and achievements.
- Play Games sign-in is optional and requires your active choice. You can stop using it at any time in your Google Account settings.

### c. In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing)
- The Game offers optional in-app purchases for cash, items, and power-ups. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play.
- We do not see or store your credit card or other payment details.
- We receive confirmation of completed transactions (item, price, date, and order ID) from Google so we can grant the purchased content.

### d. Unity Analytics
- The Game uses Unity Analytics to understand gameplay (for example, which game modes are played) so we can improve the Game. Unity Analytics may collect device and usage information (device model, operating system version, region, session and usage statistics). ### e. Sharing
- The Game may let you share screenshots or content using your device's share menu. Sharing is initiated by you, and the shared content goes directly from your device to the app you choose. We do not upload or store the content you share.

### f. Local Storage
- Game progress, coins, items, and settings are stored locally on your device using the Game's internal storage. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

### g. Technical and Crash Data
- Unity and Google may collect basic technical data (device model, operating system version, crash reports) to keep the Game stable and fix issues.

## 2. How We Use Information
- To run and maintain the Game.
- To serve rewarded advertisements and measure their performance.

- To process and fulfill in-app purchases.

- You can stop Play Games sign-in at any time via your Google Account settings.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising or reset your advertising ID in your device's settings.

For the Play Console Data Safety form, the categories that apply to this Game are:

- **Device or other IDs** — advertising ID (AdMob), player ID (Play Games).

- **Financial info** — purchase history via Google Play Billing (we do not see payment details).
- **Approximate location** — may be inferred by ad partners for ad delivery and measurement (not used by the Game itself).
