# Privacy Policy — Airplane Race Simulator

## 1. Summary
**We do not collect, transmit, sell, rent or share any personal data.** Airplane Race Simulator is an offline game. It contains no advertising, no analytics SDK, no tracking, no user accounts and no sign-in of any kind. Everything you do in the game stays on the device you play it on.

## 3. Data we do not collect
We do **not** collect, store, transmit or disclose:
- Name, email address, phone number, postal address or any other contact details
- Google Account, Play Games profile, Google Play profile or any account identifier
- Advertising ID, device advertising identifiers, cookies or cross-app tracking identifiers
- Precise or approximate location, IP-based geolocation
- Photos, contacts, calendar, SMS, call logs, microphone recordings or camera images
- Files or documents stored on your device
- Biometric data, health data, or other sensitive categories of personal data
- Purchases made outside the app, or payment card details (the app has no in-app purchases)
## 4. Data stored locally on your device
To make the game work, the app writes the following information **only to the private, app-specific storage area of your device** (not visible to other apps, and not transmitted anywhere):
- Game progress, unlocked content, vehicle/plane selection and track records
- Local leaderboard scores and championship results
- Audio, graphics and control preferences
- Interface language and tutorial/completion state
You can erase all of it at any time by clearing the app's storage in your device settings, or by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling the app permanently removes this local data.
The app requests the Android `INTERNET` permission because the Unity runtime includes it by default. **This version of the game makes no network requests and sends no information anywhere.** The permission is not used for analytics, advertising, telemetry or crash reporting.
## 5. Google Play Games on PC
The PC version of Airplane Race Simulator is distributed through Google Play Games on PC, which is operated by Google. In that case:
- Google, not the developer, handles installation, updates and the PC client.
- Google may collect standard installation, crash, performance and usage data as part of operating Google Play and Google Play Games on PC, under [Google's Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy) and the [Google Play Games on PC terms](https://play.google.com/about/games-on-pc/).
- This developer receives no personally identifiable information from Google. At most, aggregated, non-identifying Play Console statistics (for example, the number of installs, crashes reported and devices on which the app runs) may be visible in the developer dashboard.
- The PC version is published as a **separate app** from the mobile version, with its own release track, so the two are managed independently.
## 6. Advertising and third parties
- The game contains **no advertising** and shows no ads.
- The game bundles **no third-party analytics, attribution, crash-reporting or social-network SDKs**.
- Unity (the game engine) is embedded in the app; Unity's own runtime features used here do not transmit data. Unity Cloud Diagnostics / crash reporting and Unity Cloud Services are **disabled** in this build.
## 7. Children
The game is suitable for all ages and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). Because the game collects no personal data whatsoever, it complies with the US COPPA and comparable children's privacy rules by not collecting any information from anyone, including children.
## 8. Security
Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no personal data to store, secure, disclose or breach. All game data is local to your device and protected by the operating system's app sandboxing and by your device lock screen / app permissions.
## 9. Your rights
Depending on your country, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Because the developer neither collects nor holds any personal data, there is nothing for the developer to retrieve, correct or delete. All locally stored game data is under your direct control via your device's app settings (clear storage / uninstall).
## 10. Changes to this policy
If a future version of the game adds any feature that transmits data — for example, optional Play Games Services sign-in, cloud saves or leaderboards — this policy will be updated **before** that version is released, the "Last updated" date will change, and any such feature would be clearly disclosed in the app and in the store listing. We will never add advertising or data collection without an updated policy and a clear notice.
