Forze HoRising 1 is an offline racing game. It does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information, and it does not include advertising, analytics, or tracking services.
1. Introduction
GrandAuto Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”) publishes the mobile game Forze HoRising 1 (the “Game”). This Privacy Policy explains how the Game handles information when you install and play it.

We designed the Game to work entirely offline. We do not operate servers, user accounts, advertising networks, or analytics services for the Game.

2. Information we collect
We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information.

Specifically, the Game:

Does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal details.
Does not collect your location, contacts, photos, files, microphone, camera, or calendar data.
Does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, crash-reporting SDKs, or social-media SDKs.
Does not request access to the internet. The released Android package does not include the INTERNET permission.
Does not track you across apps or websites.
3. Information stored on your device
The Game saves your progress and preferences locally on your device, such as:

Race progress, unlocked cars, and in-game currency.
Car customization choices (colors, spoilers, suspension, neon, rings, and similar items).
Audio, graphics, control, and language settings.
This information is stored only in the Game’s private storage on your device. It is not sent to us or to any third party. You can delete it at any time by clearing the Game’s data in your device settings or by uninstalling the Game.

4. Permissions
The Game does not request sensitive Android permissions. It does not use the internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, or external storage permissions.

5. Third-party services
The Game does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services.

If you download or install the Game through an app store (for example, Google Play), the app store operator may independently collect information related to the download, installation, or use of the store. That processing is governed by the store operator’s own privacy policy, not this one. We do not receive personal information from those stores.

6. Children’s privacy
The Game is a racing game suitable for a general audience. Because the Game does not collect any personal information, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your country).

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at hbbspvtltd@gmail.com and we will take appropriate action. Since we do not operate accounts or servers for the Game, we do not hold such information.

7. Data retention and security
We do not retain any personal information because we do not collect it. Game progress and settings remain on your device under your control and are removed when you clear the Game’s data or uninstall the Game.

8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal data, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

9. International users
The Game is playable offline and does not transfer data across borders. Any local game data stays on your device.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the Game’s features change (for example, if a future version adds online features). When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and publish the revised policy at the same location. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
